Our President and Founder is Bruce D. Johnson. Bruce’s main areas of expertise are in the areas of strategy, growth, leadership, marketing, customer service, innovation, and peak performance.

Being a process-oriented consultant, Bruce doesn’t walk into organizations with fixed solutions. Rather he listens, probes, asks questions, does research and works with senior leaders to create customized solutions to fit their situation.Furthermore, since Bruce spent over 22 years leading large organizations, creating new ideas and working with people, he has the ability to engage in a wide variety of work (i.e. with Bruce, you’re not getting a one trick pony).

As a speaker, Bruce is a content rich, motivational speaker whose energetic style and pragmatic approach create the environment for lasting change to occur. He’ll provide your organization with both insightful content and implementablered spiral strategies in such a way that your people will laugh, think, listen, act, and reflect–but most of all, they’ll be inspired to make the changes they need to make in order to live and work at a more remarkable, inspiring, creative, innovative level.

Bruce graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He then took an unusual turn and spent the next 22 years of his life in church ministry (including earning his M.Div.), the last fifteen and a half of those at a church he started with two families that grew to two thousand people–with over 1250 people per week in attendance and $2.7 million in revenues.

So, Bruce knows. He knows what it’s like to start from nothing and then build something large. He knows what it’s like to cast vision, inspire people, build teams, solve problems, innovate new approaches, create systems, raise money, build facilities, grow new organizations, provide customer service, execute plans, and ensure alignment. And, on top of all that, he’s also given over 900 different presentations. In other words, you can’t go wrong in hiring Bruce.

A sampling of some of Bruce’s clients have included organizations and companies like Citigroup, IBM, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Suburban Propane, The Maryland Soccerplex, Maple Life Insurance, Profitable Properties, The National Institutes of Health, Montgomery County Government, National Sports Performance Association, and a number of large churches.

As for Bruce’s personal life, he lives in Germantown, MD, outside Washington D.C., with his wife, Jacquie and has two daughters, Chelsea and Brooke. His hobbies include cooking, tennis, reading, working out, watching movies and painting. In addition, Bruce has served as the chairman of the Germantown Alliance and the Germantown Ministerial Association, served on the boards of the Gaithersburg/Germantown Chamber of Commerce, the National Speaker’s Association DC Chapter and the National Board of the Evangelical Free Church of America, as well as graduating with the Leadership Montgomery Class of 2000.
